Transforming my life came about after my life had completely fell apart, so it's safe to say I started from scratch. Finding my strengths, passions, weaknesses, fears, motivators, and the big one... FAITH, didn't happen over night or over a year. Two years later the transformation is still in progress. I am now motivated to uplift and share my life changing transformations with others. Here Are 5 Daily Routines That Are Helping Me Transform My Life.

1) Re-Organize Your Life With Goals

Every once in a while you have to hit the reset button for your life to get back on track. Luckily there's no set limit on how often that button can be pressed. I re-organized my life by writing down my strengths, weaknesses, passions and lastly goals. These goals utilized my strengths, improved my weaknesses and birthed my passions into set accomplishments. Setting goals can help you keep your life organized and on track.

2) Reading Is Fundamental

The saying never made since to me until I actually took advantage of the intake it could have on your life. Reading not only calms your spirit, you also learn so much just from reading! I always get inspired by the books I read. Even for a few minutes taking the time to read something that interest you will bring more quality to your life.

3) Hydration Is Key

Drinking water is good for you – for your skin, your health, it even gives you more energy! I was never one to love water, I barely drank one cup a day, but since starting my goal to drink four bottles of water a day, I feel healthier. I wake up earlier feeling refreshed, my body doesn't fill groggy during the day, I have more energy and my skin is clearing up. Try setting an amount of water you want to drink by the end of the day, increasing the amount over time.

4) Do Something You Love

I have always had a passion for fashion, so turning that passion into a business was the last accomplishment I needed to put my transformation into fast forward mode. If you have always had a love for music find a way to incorporate music into your everyday life! Doing things you love will bring more happiness and meaning to your life.

5) Smile!

Even if you don’t feel like it, smile! Easier said than done right? No, your wrong. Smiling is one of the best ways to change your mood. Having a bad day? Think of 3 things your grateful for and smile.
