How to Track My Order

Fill out the contact form to track your order. enter your name, email address, and order confirmation number to track your order. *After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will receive your order 3-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.*

MATERIALS USED

SEAMLESS CARE GUIDE

 

Seamless clothing is made of a nylon and spandex blend making them extremely smooth, lustrous, and lightweight to wear. They are built to last and will retain their shape for many, many years of wear so long as you take proper care of your seamless clothing.

 

HOW TO WASH YOUR SEAMLESS CLOTHING

1. Hand wash in warm to cool water (do not use hot water!). For the safest measures use cool water.

2. Use a diluted detergent or a light-duty detergent. We recommend an “eco-friendly” detergent for washing your seamless items since these detergents usually have fewer chemicals in them. Better for your seamless clothes and better for the environment!

3. Lightly hand wash your seamless clothing. Do not agitate or rub the fabric too harshly as they may cause pilling once your garment is dry.

4. Squeeze excess water out or lightly wring your garment to get as much water out as possible.

 

HOW TO DRY YOUR SEAMLESS CLOTHING

Lay your garment flat to dry or hang to dry. For best results, we recommend laying It flat to dry.

NOTE: Please DO NOT MACHINE DRY your seamless clothing. Drying in the washing machine can cause the fabric to pill and make your seamless clothing less lustrous and less smooth. With the proper care, your clothing will always look fabulous!

SHIPPING GUIDE

 

POLICY AND TERMS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Shop My Look by Tianna Michelle, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship internationally and to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

BACKORDERS

Backordered styles will ship as they arrive without contact from us unless you request otherwise in the Special Comments field on the order. Shipping is charged on all backorder shipments.

 

*Orders with Out of Stock item(s) – the items on your order that are In-Stock will ship immediately by your chosen delivery method. The items on your order that are out of stock will be removed from your order and you will receive a refund for the amount of that out-of-stock item. Shop My Look by Tianna Michelle will process the refund immediately. The estimated time at which you will receive that refund will depend on your banking institution.*

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories and International:

  • Only standard delivery is available.

  • All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.

  • U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 5-8 business days.

  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. This email may go to your junk/spam folder.

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the shipping service. Shop My Look by Tianna Michelle does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

A written claim for shortage or damage must be made within one week of receipt of the style. Please inspect all items upon arrival. A written claim for dissatisfaction for any other reason must be made within 30 days of receipt of the style. Return and exchange requests for non-sale merchandise are accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. The request must contain the style number, the reason for the request and whether your customer wants a refund or exchange.

Shop My Look by Tianna Michelle is not responsible for any shipping fees associated with a unapproved return or exchange. For approved return requests, we will email you a pre-paid return label and pay the freight to ship a damage replacement or size exchange. Styles returned because of dissatisfaction (not damage) must be in complete Shop My Look packaging. Goods sold with the understanding that we have the right to furnish new items for any proven defects, but under no circumstances shall we be under any liability of any kind. If we have agreed to a refund, once the return package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 weeks. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tiannamichelle.com
